In preparations for our Christmas trip to St. Louis, I baked a triple layer cake - yellow cake, chocolate ganache filling, chocolate fudge cake, chocolate ganache filling and yellow cake. It is decorated with buttercream.
I wanted to incorporate Christmas & winter - it turned out 'almost' how I wanted it to. But some learnings for next time!
